Prawn Fry
Ingredients:
Small prawns – 500g
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick – 2
Cloves – 3
Bay leaf – 1
Star anise – 1
Ginger – 1
Garlic cloves – 6
Red chilli powder – 3 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Lemon – 1
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red onion – 1
Green chillies – 4
Coriander leaves – Required
Curry leaves – Required
salt – Required
oil – Required
How to Prepare Prawn Fry:
You can prepare Prawn Fry within 20-30 minutes.
1 Wash the prawn in turmeric powder and salt twice and drain water and keep aside
2 Grate ginger, garlic and grind them like a paste, chop onions, slit green chillies, extract juice from lemon and keep aside
3 Take a pan, fry black pepper, fennel seeds, curry leaves, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, bayleaf, cloves, anise, cinnamon and grind them well and keep aside
4 Take a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, prepared spice powder, salt
5 Add little amount of water then mix it well make them like a paste and keep aside
After that add prawns and add oil and miranate for 30 minutes
6 Heat the pan with 1 tsp oil, add cumin seeds once it splutters add onions, green chillies
7 Saute it till become translucent, then add curry leaves followed by marinated prawns
8 Stir them well until it swirl completely it may takes 5 minutes
9 Finally garnish it with coriander leaves
10 Now the spicy Prawn fry is ready for serve
